Our Teas
Are your teas really caffeine-free?
Yes it is. Tea Therapy blends are 100% caffeine-free, crafted exclusively with natural herbs, florals, and fruits. We use absolutely no tea leaves, stimulants, or additives, ensuring a pure and restorative experience in every cup.
Do your teas contain sugar or artificial flavouring?
No. Our teas are completely unsweetened and free from artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives.
What are tea bombs and how do I use them?
Tea bombs are beautiful floral spheres that bloom in hot water. Simply drop one into a clear cup or teapot with hot water and allow it to steep for 5–10 minutes.
Are your teas safe during pregnancy or for children?
Our blends are gentle and caffeine-free, but sensitivities vary. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or serving tea to young children, please consult a healthcare professional first.
Sourcing & Freshness
Where do your ingredients come from?
We meticulously select our botanicals and flora from trusted regional farms. These ingredients are hand-harvested from quality growing regions, such as Yunnan, China, and other carefully chosen Southeast Asian sources.
How do you ensure freshness?
We blend in small batches and seal our products in airtight glass tubes or foil packs to preserve aroma, potency and purity.
Brewing & Storage
What is the recommended brewing time and temperature?
For the perfect bloom in every cup, steep in 500ml of hot water (80–90°C). Add hot (but not boiling) water and steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Some teas may steep longer depending on preference. Let the flowers slowly unfurl and release their natural colours and aroma. Adjust steeping time and water amount to your taste — stronger or lighter, it’s all about what soothes your soul.
How long can I store tea after opening the package?
Our flower and herbal teas are typically best enjoyed within 18 months from the manufacturing date, which you’ll find printed on the packaging. This ‘Best Before’ date indicates when the tea is at its peak for flavor, aroma, and beneficial properties. While dried teas don’t truly ‘expire’ in the way fresh food does and are generally safe to consume beyond this date if stored correctly, you might notice a gradual loss of their vibrant taste and fragrance over time.
To ensure the longest-lasting freshness, we always recommend storing your teas in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.
How to preserve the tea longer?
- Store in airtight containers, such as tins or glass jars with tight lids
- Keep in a cool, dark, and dry place, away from heat and moisture
- Avoid storing near strong odors, like spices or cleaning agents
- Do not refrigerate or freeze the tea
Orders & Delivery
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Singapore and selected international destinations. Shipping options are available at checkout.
When will my order be shipped? How long does shipping take?
We aim to ship all orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with a tracking reference.
Local orders are shipped within 2–5 working days. For urgent needs, same-day delivery is available for orders above $80 — simply WhatsApp us your request. International delivery times may vary.
How can I track my order?
We send email notifications with tracking details as your order progresses. Please check your inbox (and spam folder if necessary). If you haven’t received anything, contact us via email or WhatsApp
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
You can update your shipping address before your order is processed and shipped. Once the order is with the courier, changes may be difficult and could incur additional charges or delays. In some cases, the courier may allow redirection.
Why is my order delayed?
Delays may occur due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, or logistics issues. If you’re unable to track your order, please contact our support team via email or WhatsApp for assistance.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes. Orders placed before 10 AM qualify for same-day delivery.

What is your shipping policy?
Most orders are shipped within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. For any questions about your shipment, feel free to contact our customer support.
Payment & Returns
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Stripe. This includes major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you accept cash on delivery?
Unfortunately, we do not accept cash on delivery. If you would like to use local payment methods like PayNow or Paylah, please contact our Customer Support directly. We primarily use online payment methods, so Cash on Delivery (COD) isn’t usually available. However, we’re happy to accommodate COD for custom-made orders, gift baskets above $80, and corporate orders. You can contact WhastApp directly for a special arrangement.
What is your return and refund policy?
We want your Tea Therapy experience to be as smooth as the perfect brew. If you need to return an item due to our error, we’ll cover the return shipping cost. For other reasons, return shipping will be at your expense. Simply WhatsApp us and we’ll personally assist you with the best solution.

How do I return or refund a product?
Please reach out to our support team via email or WhatsApp. We will guide you through the return process, including packaging, documentation, and shipping instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange based on our return policy.

Do you offer gift wrapping services?
Yes! We can add an extra touch of Tea Therapy magic with gift wrapping. For special requests or personal touches, just WhatsApp us and we’ll make your gift bloom beautifully.
